Cyprien devoted over 20 years working with NGOs (Self-Development in Africa and APROJUMAP) engaged in poverty eradication efforts particularly in rural Rwanda.
He works tireless to improve the socio-economic wellbeing of disadvantaged people in his country and an active member of the Forum on Overcoming Extreme Poverty.
Cyprien is an agro-economist and an expert in rural development with masters degrees in Development Studies (MDS) from ULK Kigali and in Project Management & Innovation in Family Farming and Agro-ecology from the University of Liège, Belgium.
