Michael is the founding director and trustee of Shabnam Resources. Aged around 64, with a degree in management, he set up the office to serve the community through neglected and troubled children and the elderly. He sums up his experience with the Misery Refusal Forum in these words: « I've found the group to be warm and close, and more importantly, I see a divine chain relationship of love in the forum group. What I expect is for this same relationship to develop in abundance ».
