On the initiative of KL University - Vijayawada Campus (India)
Ambition:

  • To raise awareness in the academic world of the need to introduce people with experience of poverty as key contribu tors to research on different themes including the issue of climate change.

Objectives:

  • To share experiences of participation of people experiencing poverty in decision-making and action processes in the context of natural disasters.
  • To develop the conditions for the participation of people experiencing extreme poverty in research

Expected results:

  • A better knowledge of the actions of ATD Fourth World
  • Networking between academics and people committed to social justice and the environment with the ambition of leaving no one behind
  • Demand for information and training on participatory methodologies, including the Merging of Knowledge and Practices developed by ATD Fourth World in partnership with universities Webinar description.
