Perth - Monday 16 October 2017 - Q&A BREAKFAST FORUM

Western Australia has seen a sharp growth in inequality. There are 240,000 Western Australians living below the poverty line, many of them children. Nationwide, more than 730,000 children live in poverty (one in six).

We know that it is not right that this alarmingly high number of young people are being left behind. This event will give us an opportunity to come together to discuss and ask important questions to shape a different future.

There will be a panel discussion including:
* Hon. Simone McGurk MLA, Minister for Child Protection Counsellor
* Janet Davidson OAM, City of Perth
* Paris Mitchell, person with lived experience
* Ross Wortham, CEO at Youth Affairs
* Ross Kyrwood, CEO at YMCA WA
* Carol Innes, Co-Chair of Reconciliation WA

Registrations open at 7am. Please arrive promptly for a 7:30am start.

RSVP by 12 October 2017.
