Shabnam Resources which is based in the outskirts of Chennai in India, is a non-profit charity organisation which devotes its time by helping children from difficult backgrounds. They do this by trying to help them have a balanced life through different activities, as well as supporting them throughout their education.
The organisation focuses primarily on community welfare, education and medical support for children from rural and semi-rural areas.
Recently their Talk Team conducted a mini seminar in March. They wanted to create confidence and help the children to face exams without fear.
Around 34 children from the ages 8-14 years old took part. The children were taught breathing exercises and about having a positive mindset.
